For those of you who have always wanted to visit Uganda and see what we are doing with your own eyes here is an opportunity to fulfill this dream and support our work at the same time. In June 2011 The Kasiisi Project is offering a trip that will combine a wildlife safari with opportunities to visit our schools. Your trip leaders will be experts in the local wildlife, community development and Ugandan culture and your driver guides expert at spotting and identifying that irritating little brown bird. You will track the rare Mountain Gorilla, follow chimpanzees through Kibale National Park and have a chance to search for the elusive Shoebill Stork. 20% of the price will go directly to support our work in Uganda. Limited to 8 guests we think this trip will fill fast. Dates are departure from the US  June 6th 2011 and returning June 20th. Anyone interested in more details please e-mail Uganda 2011.
Please note that the minimum age for Gorillas is 15 years and for the Chimpanzees 12.
