ELIZABETH ROSS, PHD
EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR, CO-FOUNDER
Elizabeth received her PhD from Edinburgh University in 1979. Coming from a research science and education background, she works to promote conservation through well-run, properly monitored, self-sustaining educational projects that benefit communities living around protected areas in Africa, specifically through the support of primary schools, conservation education and health in western Uganda. In 1997 she founded the Kasiisi Project and has acted as its Executive Director ever since.
